Minimum Order:
All qualifying wholesale orders have a mínimum of 12 pieces per order.

Payment:
Tilde requires 100% of payment prior to shipment. Tilde accepts money orders, bank transfers, business checks and credit card payments.

Process Time:
Custom wholesale orders generally take 6-8 weeks depending on the size of the order. If you order from our in-stock collection the processing time is 5-7 days. At the time of your order simply inquire about the stock in the “bodega” and we will send you a list.

Shipping:
All US orders are shipped USPS Ground. The retailer is responsible for the shipping fee, which will be calculated into the final invoice. International orders are shipped USPS Priority International. Taxes, duties, and tariffs are the responsibility of the retailer. Orders generally arrive within 3-6 days in the US and 7-14 days for international orders. We will send you a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped.

Availability:
The artistry, handycraft, and local supply chain involved in Tilde’s products means we cannot guarantee all styles will be available at all times or within the timeframe the order is requested. Nonetheless, we do our best to fulfill custom orders as efficiently as possible and keep our “bodega” stocked with fresh designs and best-sellers. We encourage retailers to consider the nature of our production process when placing orders and from our end, if a particular color thread is discontinued or leather is out-of-stock we will notify the retailer of any delays.

Damages/Claims:
Tilde inspects orders prior to shipment similarly retailers should perform a quality inspection upon arrival. Retailers have 10 days from date of receipt to contact Tilde with a written claim, citing damaged, defective or incomplete orders. Incomplete orders will be fulfilled accordingly. Exchanges or credit will be given for damaged or defective goods after the product has been reviewed upon return.

Refunds/Exchanges/Cancellations:
All sales are final unless a Tilde product is damaged or defective upon delivery of order. Tilde only accepts additions and/or exchanges if it is done within one week of the original order. Post-delivery exchanges are not permitted unless the product is damaged or defective. Order cancellations must be received in writing at least 10 days prior to ship date.

Tilde has sole discretion to refuse orders or limit sales at any time.
